We are aware of a roster sync issue on the XBOX 360 and Play Station 3 consoles.
When a user first gets a roster update, everything works as expected.
Only users that play in any offline mode like Quickgame, start a new Association or My Career game mode will not have the new roster after they reboot.
The workaround is simple: Simply go to Online Menu or go to My Team menu and the game will sync the newest roster.
